Eric Oleszak - Director of Operations/Coach u15 (white)
Eric is in his second season as Coach and Director of Operations with the Wisconsin Shooters program. A native of Menomonee Falls, Eric played for the Wisconsin Shooters AAU program from 1999-2001. In his prep career, Eric was a two-time varsity letter winner for Menomonee Falls high school before graduating in 2002.
Eric attended UW-Waukesha after high school where he played basketball for one season for Neal Nelson and Dick Luther, that year the cougars made it to the WJCA final four. Eric still holds one of the highest free throw percentages for a season at 93.3%.
Following his freshman year, Eric worked many summer basketball camps for the pointers of UW-Stevens point and soon after transferred there to start a new chapter in his college career. During the 2003-2004 season at UW-Stevens Point, Eric was fortunate enough to be part of the National Championship team as a student assistant, one of two National Championships for the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
In 2007, Eric received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in graphic design. Eric currently works for Kohl’s in their marketing department as a graphic designer in Menomonee Falls, WI. Oleszak and his fiance, Marissa, reside in Butler, WI.
Two out of the last three years, Eric helped coach the Menomonee Falls Varsity summer league teams and most recently helped coached the 2011 15u Wisconsin Shooters team.
